Shipping :
We usually dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within India generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. Return and Exchange :
As each piece is carefully handcrafted and made in small quantities, we accept returns or exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process. Slight variations in color, print, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
